Tuesday Night Soup Series
Learn, create, enjoy! Join Blue Moon Chef/ Owner Kathy Gallant in this hands on soup class for the season and soul. Bring your favorite soup pot (1 gallon minimum) and favorite prep knife and we’ll supply the ingredients and instruction. With Kathy’s guidance you’ll prepare a pot of soup (serves 6-8) from scratch to take home and enjoy! $40 per class / $125 series

The Art of Minestrone Tues., March 9, 7-9pm
We will cover the basics for a delicious Minestrone and prepare this classic Italian soup for you to enjoy!

This savory Potato Corn Chowder is loved by many. Learn to prepare this variation of a Blue Moon favorite!
Registration and payment required in advance. Six participants minimum needed to hold class. Class fees are refundable and/or transferable up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. No refunds will be issued for class cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
